Feel healthy and happy is one of my new year resolutions. I know it’s sooo cliché as this is probably everybody’s goal this year. But I really want to make it a habit working out a bit more seriously to make me feel fitter. I am definitely not the gym type, I rather do my fitness exercises outdoor or at home in winter time. Is your motivation sometimes lacking too? No problem, I’m not always super motivated doing exercises myself but I have learnt that you need to stick to a plan and keep it on a regular basis. If you feel healthy you also feel happy.

Stockholm, what a beautiful City to discover! Sweden’s capital is often called “Venice of the North”, water is an ever-present feature in this city where lake and sea meet. It is built on 14 Islands and stunningly located by the Baltic Sea.
The name comes from the words stock (meaning log) and holm (meaning islet). On Stockholm’s shortest day, it sees about 6 hours of sunlight, while on the longest day it’s light for nearly 21 hours. The City is the home of Nobel Prizes in physics, chemistry, medicine and literature.
If you are invited for fika, go ahead, it is the traditional Swedish coffee break.
Does your body feel dehydrated from the cold temperature during Winter? Looks like I’m not the only one. Dry skin can be very nasty. There is no question that properly moisturized skin looks and feels better, especially during the chilly winter months when it is prone to flaking and itchiness.
